UCS is a Louisiana owned and domiciled limited liability company with offices in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Jackson, Mississippi. Our predecessor firm was incorporated in 1974. Since 1974, the UCS staff has developed extensive experience in administering unemployment compensation cost control programs at both the state and local levels of government, as well as in the private sector.
UCS represents hundreds of governmental employers in Louisiana and Mississippi with over 30,000 employees and over $200 million in quarterly wages. Our personnel have administered the unemployment claims of various governmental entities, including school boards, clerks of court, judicial districts, police juries and their separate entities, and public hospitals. Our personnel also administer unemployment claims for private sector employers.
